maybe I'm being too sensitive - but...

I had my annual ob/gyn appt a few weeks ago at a new practice for me. It came highly recommended & I thought the staff was awesome, which is so important. Anyway, the doctor I went to was nice, but I felt a bit rushed at the end of the appt. when I had questions about TTC. I figured I caught him on a bad night & someone on this board was kind enough to say he is a great dr, just busy & not to worry. So I let it go. This dr had asked me to get bloodwork done just to make sure all was ok, just regular testing. Well, a week after I know my primary dr faxed it over to the ob/gyn office, I never heard anything. So I called the ob/gyn office & again, the staff was awesome. They told me they would have the dr call me tonight & that my bloodwork was "sitting in the Drs box". He called me & again, I felt he was rushing me off the phone! What the heck?? I just don't get it. I do not want to switch practices, but am unsure if I really want to go back to this guy. Would it be terrible if I went to a different dr in that practice? I figured if I get pg, I will have to see them all anyway. I am just afraid that this dr will stress me out while I'm TTC. He told me to come back & see him if I'm not pg in 3 months. Sorry so long....

I say give him another try. Do your thing and try, when the time comes if you're not happy see someone else within his practice. You seem happy with the rest of the office...

I agree, to see him once more. Everything else seemed great with the office. Give it another try and see what happens.

Thanks for the replies. I will stay there - I guess the phone call just annoyed me.
