Not sure if this was posted (didnt open article or read through posts) but this woman was a friend of a friend and here is their website: http://www.thesnydertwins.com/
If you look through the pics, you will cry.Chat Icon especially when you see the dad with the twin on his chest.

I am wondering, I am assuming she had not passed on already based on these pics? I am assuming where the pics stop thats where they learned the news?Chat Icon

What a sad story. I would hope it doesn't worry women facing a c-section though-- I personally know two women who ended up in intensive care (they did survive) due to uncontrollable internal bleeding after vaginal births. One was a 1st time mom and one was having a vbac. I think this problem can occur following a birth no matter what kind of birth it was.

This.

My 1st was a vaginal birth and I had uncontrollable bleeding. They injected me with all sorts of stuff to stop the bleeding Chat Icon and had to use smelling salts to keep me "with it". They were very close to bringing me to the O.R. but the bleeding finally stopped.

My 2nd was a scheduled c due to placenta previa and I had absolutely no problems!

This is very sad for me. I just had a c-section a month ago with twins and also had elevated blood pressure. I did lose a lot of blood and was given two bags of blood. I am sitting here feeling numb and very sad for this family.

Such a heartbreaking story. I can't even imagine the pain of her husband and her family.

I wish I hadn't read it because now I am scared out of my mind to have a repeat c-sec in May.
