It depends what you are trying to achieve with it (long lasting make up, shine control, pore minimizing, etc) & what foundation you are using over it (powder, oil based, water based, etc)
I have used & like
Arbonne
Too Faced
Laura Mercier (current favorite-used with MUFE HD foundation)

That's a silicone based foundation, I think, so a silicone based primer should work best(I learned this from Wayne Goss on Youtube)
My favorite silicone based primer is Too Face Primed & Poreless, but the Smashbox ones are silicone based too & many people like them.
Hourglass makes a Primer too--sometimes using the primer & foundation from the same lien works well together.

I had been using Smashbox and Murad, but nothing works as well as good ol' MOM!

I havent. I use Phillips so not sure if the CVS version will do the same.

I have very sensitive skin and I've never had an issue. I have used Walgreens brand MOM with the same results.
