MAC Brushes

I have a powder brush that is shedding..when I put on powder little black hairs from it end up on my face.

Are these brushes guaranteed or should I just suck it up and get a new brush.

It's probably a year old or a little more.

I clean them once a week.

id call them right away. i dont really know if they have a warranty/guarantee or not - but that sounds a little ridiculous for the brush to be shedding when its only about a year old.

def worth the call to find out.

My Chanel brushes shed until I washed them for the 1st time -
But after a year, and continuous washing ...........no.
Bring the brush in and exchange it -

Honestly, my stylish sister insisted I have these expensive brushes .........I like my cheapo brushes from ULTA that I've had for 10 years MUCH better

Should I call the corporate offices or customer service? I really don't want to schlep there for one brush. I was going to order a new one online at sephora but I was hesitating.

I spoke to customer care and they will send out a postage paid package to send my brush back. Great, now what do I do without the brush?

She said I could go to the store and try to exchange it but they have a strict exchange policy for 30 days but if it's defective they will probably exchange it.

Ok, this is a giant PIA..I might as well just buy another brush and call it a day.

they really wont let u exchange anything after 30 days

im surprised tho-usually MAC brushes are the best..and dont shed.

I had a brush set from MAC and the blush brush would always shed. It drove me nuts that I eventually just tossed it. I'm not a big fan of MAC brushes.

I only bought those brushes because I was there. I have an eye shadow, a blush brush and a powder brush. Only the powder brush is shedding.

I may just go back to my $10 brushes.

I'm mad.
