m/s- how do u stay hydrated??

What are you supposed to drink when your nauseous and the sight of liquids makes you want to vomit. I'm so sick of ginger ale. Water-yuk! Water with lemon I've been sipping, but don't like it. Maybe ill try seltzer. I'm so thirsty and I know I need to stay hydrated but I just can't with this m/s!

Ginger Ale made me sicker, I think the carbonation made me want to burp and I'd throw up. Try sips of gatorade or apple juice.

Gatorade lemonade was my life saver! I could not stomach anything else for about 4 months. Small sips, through a straw. Feel better

Plain water is very hard for me. Vitamin water (only the focus flavor) was my savior during my pregnancy with DS. This pregnancy so far, I am okay with O water and of course vitamin water. I can't do ginger ale because anything carbonated aggravates reflux, same with lemon. It's really hard to even drink when you are feeling so horrible Hope you feel better soon.

seltzer was my savior ... small sips very very frequently.

I'm soooo glad I'm not alone. DH keeps yelling at me to drink water but I really can't! Just the thought makes me want to puke! I bought decaf iced tea mix. (haven't tried it yet) that might be good.
