Luteal phase.
How do you know how long your luteal phase is? Anything to do to find the length?

Just count the days from ovulation until period start. Should be 14days.

Do you track your ovulation? Your LP will be from your date of ovulation to your day before the first day of full flow. Mine is generally 7-10 days, which is on the low side.

I temped for 3 months (1 prior to TTC) and learned that I have a 15 day LP. If you don't temp yo can't know exactly since when you get your  you don't know if you O'd that day, or within the next 2 days. I don't temp anymore, it was too much for me, so I'm just guessing it's still 15 days.

well anything between 10-14 days is in the ok to good range... less than 10 is in the not good range
