luau for after baptism backyard party ??
Is it a no no? My dh wants this and I am no so sure its appropriate??

i think that's a GREAT idea!
I went to a backyard BBQ for a christening and i loved it. I would have had my kids' baptism in my backyard and done a similar thing if we had a backyard! we're in a condo now so we had it at a restaurant but i think a luau would be so much fun!

We almost had a backyard party but we had way too many people and wouldn't have been able to fit them in our house if it rained. I would probably get Christening paper goods and make it still seem like a Christening party, so a Luau isn't something I would do.
