Who did you invite to your DC's Christening or Baptism?

If you had a baby welcoming party, who did you invite?

Our families live OOS and we are going to see them this summer. Everybody, except our parents, will be meeting DD for the first time. I'm trying to figure out who to invite to the baptism (we might just have godparents & immediate family there) and to the baby welcoming party MIL wants to have.
