Low lying placenta BTDT moms
When I went for my 20 week sono, they said i had a low lying placenta; not placenta previa
The Dr. said that it ususally moves up as the baby grows. Well, last week I had my 32 week sono and it is STILL low
Im wondering if anyone knows if it is too late for it to move or can it still move up or away. It is not covering the cervix but it is "approaching"
I really want another vaginal delivery
Any info is appreciated :(

Re: Low lying placenta BTDT moms
nope its not too late at all!
my placenta was low lying until i went to my level II & it had moved
but my OB said if it was still low by the start of my 3rd trimester, he was going to schedule a c-section, but that it could very well move before then.. he said he has had patients where the placenta has moved at 37, 38, even 39 weeks!

Re: Low lying placenta BTDT moms
I think it will move, the uterus still has a lot more stretching to do. I have full previa but I am hoping since I'm only 14 weeks it will move.
