I was only down a 1/2 lb. this week, but I'm okay with it.
I'll try to be as good as I can be this week, but I doubt I'll be weighing in Friday - we'll see.
Congrats to everyone. Hopefully the New Year will be our healthiest and fittest yet!

Week 2: -0.8
Week 3: +0.4
Week 4: -2.6
Week 5: -0.8 (was hoping for more, but a loss is a loss
Total: -7.6
This give me one week to lose 2.4 to meet my goal. Hmmmmm, with Christmas eve & Christmas day before my WI on Monday. We'll see.

I have been terrible about checking in BUT I am officially down 9.6 pounds and with 3 days left I am pretty certain I will hit my 10 pound goal!!
Getting back on my running regimen has helped SOOO MUCH!!!

I lost 2 lbs this week. May have helped that I was sick 
But that is 3 lbs down before the holidays and I'm happy. I've lost 16.5 lbs since July, and this challenge helped me to get down 3 more lbs when my weight was at a plateau.
We should do another challenge after the holidays!

I lost another pound so my total is down 9lbs!!!! since I started this. SO happy and I am so glad I did this.....So I wont make it to 10lbs by Xmas day or will i?? probably not seen as I am sitting here drinking wine and eating chocolate....so I think I will take my 9lbs and leave the table happy

Considering my WI was Monday the day AFTER Christmas....I'm not really upset with being:
wk 6: +1.6 (it really could've been MUCH worse )
For a total of -6.8 on this challenge. I'll take it!
Thank you for starting this. I'd like to continue and propose a Valentine's Day Challenge. I'll start a new thread
