How to lose 10 pounds??
I have never been one that had to watch what she ate or worried about exercising. The past few months that has changed. I was always underweight.....ranging between 103-108. Now I'm 122 and its freaking me out. I want to get down to 110 the most. What can I do to lose at least 10 lbs?

There are a whole bunch of posts on this thread regarding losing weight. Tons of suggestions and ideas from what foods to eat to what exercises to do.
Take a look at some of the posts and try some of them out. I'm sure something will work out for ya.
