Long Island Medium
Anyone catch this new little gem on TLC??
I am almost embarassed to admit it but I LOVE this show. It gives me goosebumps. I've never been to a medium and to be honest, am pretty skeptical about the whole thing but she has to be legit. The reactions of the people she reads are just too honest to be put on.
Love this show. Added it to my already huge list of DVR'ed things on Sunday nights.

It was so emotional when she was contacted by the little boy and then found his mom on her list of people who called her then she knew that she showed up at Crossroads! OMG, how can you make that up!? I want to see her, I'm sure there wouldn't be an appt until I turned 30 lol.

She is legit....one of my co-workers goes to Theresa every 3-4 months for years now. My cousin also has gone to see her....her reading ended up being about me....I had an awful thing happen when my cousin went for her session. She was expecting of course to get info about herself, her kids, her immediate family, but instead Theresa told her all about my situation.

I figure I'll never get in to see her, any chance the wait to see her at Crossroads would be shorter? How do you get in? I tried checking on the Crossroads website but I didn't see anything.

I do like it but it seems staged to me. Don't get me wrong I do believe she is a medium, I know people who have seen her, but it seems a bit over the top. Like she is trying to hard because of the camera's.

Sometimes she seems very sincere sometimes staged this past week I think she seems much more genuine..She was probably a little nervous the 1st wk with the cameras..but I know also from people that she is very legit.

I watched this last night. I usually don't believe in this stuff, but the parts with Steven were hard to dismiss. Does anyone know if this is a true story? Did anyone hear of a 6 year old boy passing here on the Island when this show was taped? I can't get that poor mom out of my head...

I saw the show last night as well. I am naturally skeptical but if this woman managed to get onto national TV via TLC, then she must be legit, I guess. The only thing I wonder about is why she doesn't talk more about the dead people she supposedly is channeling. She speaks in such general terms, "ohh I see butterflies, your dad really loved butterflies!", or "every time your daughter says 'I love you mommy', thats the spirit of your dead sister talking"...Why doesnt she say stuff like, "your little boy tells me you were wearing a __ t-shirt and that you told him __ right before you last saw him.." or something that validates for the entire world that she knows these details only because the dead person is really standing right there telling her these things??
