Long Beach Co-op's
Anybody own a co-op in Long Beach? Do you like it? What are the pros and cons?

I own one. It is actually for sale because I got married and had twins. I LOVED it there! Nothing like waking up and hearing the ocean. I loved the town. Rode my bike everywhere and really took advantage of living on the beach. I guess one draw back of a co-op is living in an apt building.
If you do purchase a co op I would def make sure there is a terrace.
