Are there trains going from Jamaica out East?
Can I take E train to Jamaica then get the train to Babylon??? UGHH
I actually just did that, and am home now 
I was able to leave work early and wanted to avoid the crowds at Penn.
I got a Babylon train at Jamaica - it was packed, but they're definitely running now.

Spoke with DH @ 6:05. Penn Station is empty and trains are running.

DH and I made it home fine. Penn station was surprisingly empty. Our usual train to Babylon at 5:35 left on time, but with additional stops, although the train wasn't even near being full. I guess people left early.
We got into Babylon about 25 minutes late. Definitely not as bad as I anticipated it being.
