Let's Talk Mucinex
What kind do you use?
When do you start using it? Everyday from CD 1 --> AF?
Does it really help?

I used Mucinex this month - Used it from CD1 until a few days ago - I took the max dose - it was 2 tabs 2x a day. It really helped my sinuses and really helped with CM (Sorry TMI  )

So it's to loosen the CM? Does it make you groggy?

and how much does it change your CM? can you go by EWCM to know when you O or does it change it too much?

I completely forgot about this! I had just read about it a few weeks ago on here and forgot. Now I'm 1dpo...too late! I have a friend who is currently expecting, I asked her about it and she knew exactly what I was talking about; she used it the month she got pregnant...sooo, maybe there's something too it!

i actually have a lil head cold so i started taking mucinex for that and i definitely see an difference in my CM.
