we definetely eat them! There are a few things that are gross leftover so we ditch, but most are lunch or dinner another day!

Totally depends...Leftover pasta, yes. Leftover meat or chicken, probably not, depending on what it is. I tend to waste a lot of food, but its sooo hard to cook for only DH and I since he has a huge appetite, I never quite can get my portions down.

I usually freeze my leftovers after vacuum sealing them. I like leftovers but not eating the same thing three nights straight! For whatever reason, there's something cozy about making a huge batch of chili or lasagna.

I haaaaaate leftovers...but SD has no problem eating them and Dh will usually happily take them for lunch so we are not very wasteful

I eat them but I have a 1 to max 2 day rule depending on what it is.
My DH & IL's on the other hand will save eat leftovers for up to a week.
It really skeeves me out.
When we go for dinner there, I will ask when things were made bc they have a habit of making say chicken on Sunday - not freezing it and eating it for dinner Thurs or Friday.

I have a 5 day rule with leftovers.
I keep my fridge pretty cold for this reason.
I always make more than I need for one meal.
My hope is to get at least 2 meals out of one dinner.
