I would say 2-3 days but depends what it is-fish or sushi I would say next day, rice or potatoes 2-4 days. Anything with dairy or spoilage potential I would say 1 day

3 days is all I'll give myself, then I won't touch it. Any fish, the day after and that's it.
DH will eat anything up until a week.

Same with my DH. A couple of weeks ago I had some leftover Spaghetti and meatballs in the fridge that I forgot to throw away and he ate them after 9 days.  I was shocked the next day and he said OHHH, they were fine. He is nuts

I'd say 2 days especially if it contains dairy. I can't recommend fish since I don't eat it
