Leaving daycare notification
So I signed up my son (who will be a year old in May) for another daycare come July since I haven't been too happy with his current one, and July is when this new place first has availability. June will be his last month there. The policy at his current daycare states that you must give a month's notice of termination. The latest I probably have to give notice would be around mid-May because that is when they send the bill for the following month's tuition (and I paid last month's tuition upon enrollment), but I am wondering if I should tell them sooner out of courtesy in case they need to find someone to fill his spot? WWYD?

I would tell them as soon as possible. You don't have to say you're not happy with them if that makes it awkward. You can say you've made other childcare arrangements with family or based on your work schedule.
