Lake George Hotels
Please rec your favorite Lake George hotel that is not $$$. I was there a long time ago but don't remember where I stayed. We'll be travelling with my two kids and my inlaws so we need family friendly.
Thank you!

Lake George Hotels
I'm leaving tomorrow and staying at Lake Haven. I can let you know how it is when I get there. It was recommended by a friend.

Re: Lake George Hotels
I have stayed at Marine Village Resort two or three times and really liked it. It is close to everything and has its own beach. This year we are trying The Surfside and it looks great. Prices are comparable!

Re: Lake George Hotels
We usually stay at www.surfsideonthelake.com
It's right in town and on the Lake side. There are alot of places to stay but for the past few years this has worked for us because we can walk to town (dinner, shopping, etc..) from there and don't have to deal with car/carseat as much. We pay a little extra and stay lakefront. HTH

Re: Lake George Hotels
Hi, I am picky about hotels and a lot of them are really outdated up there. We love it up there and go up almost every summer, we actually leave in two weeks. We love the Juliana Hotel, Adirondack Diamond Point Lodge, Cresthaven Lodges and Sun Castle Resort. We have had great experiences at all of these. Some are pricier then others.
