Ladies who used/using the cbefm..?
What is your plan? Are you/ did you do deannas plan until peak fertility then everyday? I am on cd10 and the second bar just appeared. We have been doing every other should we continue that until peak?

I BD every other day until i got the second bar then we BD almost every day until the day after high peak when it went down to one bar.
After 3 months of using CBEFM i got pregnant!

I am doing deanna's plan until peak fertility then every day for 3-4 days. I also got the 2 bars at CD 10 but I usually know I ovulate around CD25.

Is this the first few months you are using the CBEFM? it could be just really getting to know you. it takes 3 months (give or take) to figure you out. And during this time it's not uncommon to have many high reading days before it reads a peak day.
I missed a test once... and for the next 3 cycles I would have wacky high days. At times the high readings would start at around CD10 and I don't O until about CD20... so I've had like 10 days of high before. but after the 3 cycles it straightens out and really gets to know it. It learns what days you normally have hormonal risings and also how much of a rise is an actual rise for you. If that makes sense.
Either way though... if you are keeping up with Deanna's Plan... then you are still keeping your bases covered so you aren't out!! That's one thing I love so much about Deanna's Plan.

we  every other day until the peak readings. on peak days we would twice a day. i guess it worked because we got pregnant on our first month using the cbefm.
