Ladies going to DW/Lancaster area
Where do you plan on eating?
We will just grab whatever during the day but I am thinking about dinner places.
Does anyone know of any good, kid-friendly places to eat around there?

When we went to Hershey a few years back, they had a Texas Roadhouse there.

Re: Ladies going to DW/Lancaster area
We went last year and we stayed three nights. We had dinner at: Miller's Smorgasbord Good and Plenty--family style and DELICIOUS! The restaurant in the Steamboat Inn
The first two are definitely kid friendly. The last one a bit less so...more of an older crowd and cheesy piano lounge singer, but still good.
ETA...don't do chains. You can do those anytime. You can't miss out on Lancaster/Amish style food!

Re: Ladies going to DW/Lancaster area
Miller's all they way! We ate dinner and breakfast there when we stayed overnight last week. Their frosted raisin bread....yum! And we got some whoopie pies from the gift shop on the way out so good!
ETA: their website has $$$ off coupons for dinner!

Re: Ladies going to DW/Lancaster area
We always do Millers at least once.
This restaurant is excellent and not too formal.

Re: Ladies going to DW/Lancaster area
Hershey Farms, you can make reservations and they have a few animals out front to keep kids entertained if you have to wait. About 10 min from DW.

Yes!!! It is right on Lincoln Highway by Dutch Wonderland. That is literally the highlight of the trip for my DH. Last year he thought it was gone and was almost in tears!! LOL
I got chicken fingers for DS last year.
