kind of annoyed

PLEASE tell me if i am wrong here b/c i have no experience with this.

so 3 REAs are showing the house today (we rent). the listing agent was here for the second showing.

after they were done, the REA left with her 2 clients. about 2 minutes later she came back - and tried to walk right in without knocking! good thing i had locked the door

so she starts trying to talk to me about buying the house (the owner was willing to sell it to us for about $10,000 less than the listing price because we already live here). so i tell her that the house is out of our budget. then she asks me what our budget is because the owner was going to sell it to us for less. and we wouldn't have to go through her. how generous

i informed her that we had already discussed it with the owner. and she kept pushing, asking what our price was so maybe she could talk to the owner. i had to tell her several times that we had already discussed with the owner that the home was out of our price range. she finally let it drop.

am i wrong for being annoyed? of course i know she is looking out for her client but i don't think it's any of her business what we can afford and i don't understand why she had to push the issue.

at least i know that i have to keep the door locked at all times now

Some REA's are so rude !! 2 months or so ago I got a call on wed. they wanted to show my place on Sat. so I agreed . Well on Thursday night/fri. morn. there was a huge leak in my BR ceiling so I cancelled the showing on Sat. Well Sat. morning comes and someone was buzzing my door ,yep it was the REA with 4 people so I tell her that I called and cancelled the appointment ,well she proceeds to try and walk past me into my place ..... So I said again " I am not showing it today ,but if you reschedule ,I will be more than happy to show it then "...... she says to me " we don't mind if your place is a mess " and still proceeds to try and get around me So I had to get nasty with her bc she just wasn't getting it !! So I said " I CANCELLED ,THEREFORE I AM NOT SHOWING IT !!!!!"
She got so pizzzzzzed she says to me " I just walked all over the place to find your appartment ,and you are not going to show it?!!"
I again said "NO!" She then says " Well this is freakin ridiculous and you need to call your REA and get your **** together" I was shocked !!

Anyway sorry mine is so long lol but I know what you are going through and these REA people can be so pushy and rude ,and it seriously pizzes me off
that was beyond rude though that she tried to come back in w/o knocking
