She HAS to be tummy tucking after each birth...there is no way in hell she is working out to look like that - she doesn't seem like she is a hard core fitness addict to me.

I still don't believe she is as old as she says she is...she looks like she is in her 40's!

I am pretty sure she was outright and honest about wanting a tummy tuck and her boobs done right after she had the twins.
Shes a self proclaimed junk food addict.

Yeah on the show last night, which was a rerun I think, she said she wanted a tummy tuck and showed her belly for a bit - which was a pretty typical, I have had kids belly, and then later in the show Kroy got the big snip. I didn't watch much after that.
But, yeah she said she was going to get a tummy tuck and it's apparent she did. Looks good. Helllll, I plan on doing the same thing - and I have a flat stomach but I want it to be perfect.
