Seriously?  Who are the parents that are letting all these girls dress like this? I would have NEVER been allowed out like that at 16 and neither will DD. It's really sick and sends an awful message if even the parents are giving in to the peer pressure.

Dress is too tight/short and those heels are ridic but I don't think she's too skinny AT ALL.. she's 16! She'd have to be at least 10lbs lighter for me to even come close to saying she's too thin.

I had a pic posted of my cousin from the neck down but i took it down. Tight & short dress showing major cleavage, sky high pumps just like Kendall's and this is just to go to a regular old party.
It's keeping up with the kardashians...literally.

I don't find her too skinny either. Sure she's thin, but sickly/unhealthy? *I* don't think so.
And as PP mentioned, this is typical of 16 year olds today. Driving to work in the morning I see girls walking to school or waiting for the bus in shorter skirts/shorts/dressed...in the WINTER. Girls even younger than 16 dress like this all.the.time.
