it is a bit too short and heels too high for 16...but then again...selena gomez, miley cyrus and all those young celebrities have done it. love this girl though...she appears to have a good head on her shoulders. She's a natural beauty...and she's not "too skinny" for a 16 year old of her height...kids have all types of growth spurts etc...she doesn't look unhealthy...just thin.

I think she looks great.
Also - I teach HS and a lot of girls wear skirts/dresses that length... Most can't walk in heels so that is a non-issue. I am not saying it is acceptable, but it is definitely "normal".

I think she's gorgeous. Yeah the dress is too short but she's also really tall. As a tall girl myself, I have to say it's hard to wear dresses because a short one looks SUPER short on you and a long one looks like there's a flood.

No doubt she has a model figure and is beautiful & has the background to get her noticed and be successful.
BUT
Nothing good comes out of a kid growing up in the fast lane & being a sex symbol(thats what this outfit says IMO). Her parents will kick themselves someday for exploiting her so young.

She's a model and this is obviously some type of movie premiere, I'm guessing? so, this is PR work in some shape or form...not like she just walks the street on normal day this way. She generally has a more laid back age appropriate style, but this is obviously an event.
