Probably, but she is ALWAYS wearing heels like that and bigger, and in some of the most ridiculous places.
I do feel bad though, no one wants to see that happen......

Oh come on! She cant wear a pair of heels? It was an accident and guess what, it can happen with flat shoes, sneakers or no shoes on too. I'm sure the paparazzi surrounding her doesn't help either.
I'm not necessarily a TomKat fan but give her a break. I saw a letter to People magazine last week re: Katie and how she should get her kid off the bottle bc this person's kid has been off the bottle for 2 months and is 6 weeks younger than Suri... 
Jeez!!

Yes, that was me that called her an A-hole. I will admit it. I am not saying it is not difficult to hold a clinging baby and have the papparazzi follow you, but I just don't understand why she always has to be in heels and dressy clothes all the time.
Sorry if I offended anyone 
Eta: I did feel bad for her but I just think common sense, why are you running around in heels ALL the time?

I actually feel bad for celebs! I like coffee and i like to wear heels...so these people get scrutinized for what we all do on a daily basis...so not fair!! They are people...they drink coffee, they wear heels and they sometimes slip...i do all three almost every day LOL

I feel bad for her - cameras always in her face - anyone can slip - she never let Suri go though - her grip was tight on her! 
I have to cut her slack - I've most certainly slipped with my kids and ususally I have on flats or no shoes.

everyone is saying how they always see her in heels i feel like every picture i see she is wearing flats because tom is so short,
the girl tripped or something give her a break, i'm sure many people trip while holding their children, and i agree if i had photographers in my face all day i'd probably hold my child all the time too

If you notice, MOST celebs hold their children (including the ever-exalted Jennifer Garner). If you had 25 crazy men with cameras following you around at all times, I'm pretty sure you'd hold on to your kid pretty tightly as well

I know plenty of regular women who always have their makeup done and are in heels. I don't do it but I don't see anything wrong with it. I certainly have tripped with my daughter in flats-they are wiggly at that age.
I also think she takes advantage of heels when Tom is not around since he is so short. Can't blame her for that.
