Just noticed a little spotting... UPDATE
I am almost 31 weeks. I have had ZERO spotting my entire pregnancy and no sex recently... I was walking around a bit today-- but, nothing that felt like I over extended myself. Was also active this weekend, but again-- nothing that felt like I was doing too much.
Spotting was brown, and very light-- only when I wiped. I already have a call into my doc but I am a little nervous!
I just got home and am now chilling on the couch, waiting for the baby to move around a little... I feel little things here and there-- so, I am sure all is ok, but I want some good solid kicking to feel better.
UPDATE
So, as suspected nothing is wrong. I haven't seen any spotting since the initial appearance, although there was slightly decreased fetal movement.
Of course, as soon as they put the fetal monitor on my belly, the baby started kicking the shite out of it-- strongest kicks I felt all day.
Cervix is "long and closed", amniotic fluid levels are good, etc. I had an internal-- OUCHIE. And a sonogram-- baby's head is down.
So, that's the story! Thanks everyone for your concern.
On a side note, L&D was HOPPING! Women in active labor were being sent to the waiting room and people who were waiting to either be induced or admitted for a c-section were still waiting even after we were done. Last week we were there at the same time for our tour, and it was a ghost town.

I'm sure things are fine... especially since it's brown and not much. Hopefully, you're doctor will help ease your mind.
I had full on bleeding at 20 weeks which was determined there was no reason for, sometimes it happens.

So I just spoke to the nurse-- she said to err on the side of safety, I should probably just come in to L&D. But, brown blood is indicative of old blood-- which we know, but we still have no idea what is causing the bleeding.
For now, I am going to put my feet up, drink some cold water and see what kind of movement I feel. I think I will end up going in, but that means I need to go back to the city and I just got home from there!
But, I am not going to NOT go because I don't feel like driving in... Better to be safe than sorry.
For now, I'll tune into Oprah.

The real trick is deciding to use the valet parking at the hospital, or parking at the cheap lot on 69th and 1st!

You'd probably want DH there, just for company at least. At this point in pregnancy, they'll strap you up to the fetal heart monitor and contraction monitor for a bit, so you might get bored. (At least that's what they did with me a couple of weeks ago when I was in L&D).

nah-- it was a pretty low-tech sono machine.
Baby looked like Skeletor. The PA said the baby's legs were really long though-- but, I am 5'7" and DH is 6'3", so we'll probably have a tall kid (with a little head).  BP was on the high side though...
