Jet Lag...what a nightmare
We have been back from NY for a whole week now and poor Noah is still so out of whack with his schedule, he has jetlag and doesn't want to go to sleep until late in the evenings. And if he stays up late, he sleeps until 10 am. I want him up at 7 am!
Ugh. when will it end.
Anyone have any good jet lag tips?
