How long does jet lag last??????
I came back from Germany on sunday and every day since then I have fallen asleep by 8:30 - 9:00 and woken up at 2 or 3 am. When will I adjust already?????

Oh my god - I was wondering the same thing! I was in Italy for two weeks, got back on Monday and for the past two nights DH and I have woken up at 2am. I NEED SLEEP BAD!

hmm. London usually takes me 2 - 3 days. I try to stay awake though. I know it is hard but I find the lag is worse when I allow myself to sleep on Greenwich time.

How funny i came home from rome last sunday and i was going to bed at 7 and up at 4am, it lasted about a week for me

I always find it much worse going the other way (East), but it has lasted up to 3 or 4 days for me.
Don't go to bed early. That's probably the problem - you should try to get on NY time as soon as possible.

I get it worse when I come home to the UK, when I fly east I never get jet lag...the best thing to do for jet lag is to get right into the local time, so my flights to the Uk get in at around 6 am, I stay up until around 9 pm...its torturous, but it works a treat and I never get jet lag!
