It totally seems like something her character in My Name Is Earl would say 
She is of course entitled to her opinion and she is free to say whatever she wants, but I think she sounds like an idiot. The part about how she felt is totally understandable. But she loses me at this part:

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. However, coming at pregnancy from the side of Infertility, my view is completely different. It took me 31 cycles to get pregnant. I am just 5w now. I could care less how much weight I gain, how I look or what it will do to my body. I am finally going to be blessed with a baby. I am not at all a shallow person and like how I look now. I have no doubt that after I give birth (God willing I get that far) I will once again look as I look. Saggy boobs = bra. Stretch marks - well, that's what clothes are for and I'm not worried what my DH will think because he loves me more than some possible stretch marks.
I think Hollywood is totally scewed in their thinking and have no concept of reality and real people. Her job is to be hot, plain and simple. Noboby wants to see a big out of shape actress. So that is her main concern.
What I'm saying is everyone comes at pregnancy from a different angle. The adoption comment is ignorant, but may be true in her circle.

In general, I find it extremely boring when celebrities talk about their pregnancy or new motherhood. It always sounds as if they think they are the first people to experience what they experience or feel what they feel. And clearly some people talk too much. Period.
I wouldn't think they just start spewing on about their pregnancies/kids. These are interviewers ASKING them these things.
Again, I don't fault her one bit for not enjoying being pregnant. Everyone has the right to not be happy that their body is changing. Yes, the baby is the most important, but a person's self esteem is important as well.

I think she's surrounded by selfish people and existing in a different world. So, I guess to her, this is reality. On the other hand, she doesn't have to love being pregnant or the weight gain. On the other other hand, she looked pretty good preg, IMO!
