Today we went for our first u/s at 6 weeks, 3 days pregnant and saw the flickering heartbeat!!! It was amazing and I couldn't help but cry. I'm still nervous because my other miscarriages were at 8.5 weeks, but I was never monitored this early and so I don't know if I had a heartbeat at this point. I have to be optimistic now and hope for the best! So, I guess this IVF journal is coming to a close.

Thank you everyone! It's been a long, emotional 20 month journey and I know you understand how hard it is. I'm not at the point of excitement yet, still nervous but hoping for the best with each doubling beta, the flickering heartbeat and hopefully the sound of the heartbeat in a week or two.
