Is your house lived in or superclean??
I am just curious how everyone else lives
Our house is definitely LIVED IN.....I straighten up 20 times a day but with 2 kids and a messy DH its never really as clean as I want it
and now with a baby on the way I fear my house will just never be clean enough
I do at least 3 loads of laundry every single day and the dishes are endless I feel like there isnt enough time to get it all done
How do you keep your houses?

WELL lived in... by a bunch of animals who can't keep it clean for the life of them. Thank goodness none of the kids have taken to throwing their own poop on the walls yet.  Im CONSTANTLY cleaning. It ***** but we have too much sh&t and the kids just know how to trash.

I try to keep it clean, but it definitely looks lived in, lol. I figure as long as its just clutter and not filth, its fine. I spend about 1 1/2 hours just tidying up, so if thats not good enough than oh well.

super clean- i swear i vacuum and mop @ least 2x's per day- Im obsessed w/ cleaning.....everytime Ryan takes a nap- off cleaning I go.....
I imagine once he starts walking and def once I have children- I will no longer be able to be like this....

super clean- my DH says I'm obsessed. Plus we have cleaning people come which helps a ton! When DD starts walking and I go back to work, it will probably change to lived in.

Same here. I have an 80 lb bulldog and I skeeve her hair on anything of ours esp. DD, so I'm a vacuuming freak.

totally lived in! I work 25-30 hrs a week, have 2 dogs....lucky for me dh is not a clean freak

Unfortunately my house in never clean. Between me working FT during the week and a PT job on the weekends, my son, my DH and our 2 Huskies, there's either muddy footprints, dog hair, soda cans, toys, clothes, etc. all over the house. I try sooo hard to keep everything clean, but no luck so far. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know!!!
Also, I have black furniture in our living room so that ALWAYS looks dirty. Our coffee table, end tables, entertainment center, recliner, and shelves are all black. I could dust at 10am and by noon it's all covered again.
I wish I could afford a maid! 
It's REALLY hard to keep up after. The more I think about it, the living room and kitchen are usually cleaned at night, but by the time morning comes, forget about it. I only seem to be able to straighten up the same rooms!

Me too...as I am taking a break from cleaning my windows that haven't been done in almost 2 months. I feel like I am always cleaning. I hate a dirty house and I can't stand to get up in the morning and see the previous days mess/dinner dishes etc.

My house is lived in without a doubt. I work FT during the week so whe nI get home cook bathe DD and get her to bed its alittle after 9pm then I start with the dishes and putting all the toys away and try to straighten up as much as I can but on friday nites and early morning saturday is when I do my cleaning but after thats all said and done by sunday evening the place is lived in again lol lol its ahrd to keep toys and things in place with a toddler so the apartment isn't messy just have to straighten up but there is no sense of doing that until DD is in bed cuz she will just pull everything out all over again. Basically its lived in but its neat

Same here but my thing is organizing. We have a tiny house so space is at a premium. I wish I could afford to have a professional organizer come in an help me make the most out of the space we have.

I need my house to be superclean, and I try.... I cannot stand having dishes in the sink or things on the counter and things not in their "home" (drives my DH nutty when I tell him that everything has a "home" ) and as soon as the kids are napping, I am mopping and vacumming...but as much as I try to keep up with it, I have 2 kids and it's just physically impossible!

I have to change my response, my hous eis NOT SUPER CLEAN, Super clean is my grandmother's house wqhere you could eat off of the floors and I'm not kidding, This house is immaculate! You can see your reflection in everything! You can never get through to her on the phone because she is alwasy vaccuming and doesn't hear the phone ringing. I want m house to be like hers!! She had 6 kids and managed to keep her house so clean, I think it was her therapy, I feel the same way,, it is so therapeutic to clean and when you;re done it is so gratifying. I love the feeling when I leave the house and I know it is clean and smells good!!!

I almost want to hire a cleaning service for once a week...just to do a "good" clean, that would be dusting, vaccuming, scrubing...
I keep it neat, but who has time with a baby in the house. When ever I get him down for a nap, I run around like a mad man trying to pick up after DH, do the laundry, sweep the floors. Our house is def LIVED IN!

Same here. Very Lived In. I try, but I can only do so much during a 1 1/2 hour nap. I am thinking of getting DH to take her out 1 day a week so I can clean...
