I wasn't expecting a shower at all. It wasn't even as if I made a list, gave it to someone and said "have these people here." Dear friends took it upon themselves to make me a very nice and warm shower and included my sisters, ILs and aunts/cousins. It is exactly how I would have planned one for myself.
I am still taken back by their generosity.

I knew exactly when and where my shower was. In fact, I would have helped plan it if the moms would have let me!
