Is this silly to put over a bed? yay or nay
Sometimes I wonder if I think I'm Queen Elizabeth with the shitt I like, so I always have to ask for an outside perspective.

First thing I thought of was DD would rip that down in a second or get tangled up in it..lol
Hell me or DH might get tangled up in it  
Aside from my mommy thoughts I think its cute and always wanted something like that when I was younger.

I used to have something like that in my room growing up but it was a bit neater than this one, this one is def not a good one I think

just buy a canopy bed its the same look but less of a dust collector.
And you can buy one cheap off overstock
I bought a king frame for $199 with $2 shipping!! (I just checked and the price when up a little but not much)
here's a pic of my bed- not the best its with my cell phone and I was taking a picture of something else so the beds a little cut off but you get the idea

DH and I used to have one just like it, before two things happened to it:
1) My cat (I do not recommend them if you have a cat)
and
2) My DH, finally took it down one night, bc despite how nice it looked, it was always blocking the TV (something to keep in mind).
LOVE the look of it though!

I totally agree! I initially voted nay but that's because the one you asked about looks cheap IMHO- no offense
DH and I had a canopy with the drapes in a hotel we were vacationing at and it was so romantic.

that was my dream bed, but we ended up not getting it b/c it was too expensive

I used to have this in an old apartment in Queens. It collected A LOT of dust and was a PITA to put back up and keep clean.

queen elizabeth, meet queen victoria  i like it personally.
i do see tho how it could turn into a disaster with kids and pets. i could also see my DH b*tching about it being in the way.
