Is this normal?
My first month off pill. Had cramping on and off a lot over the last three weeks. I keep checking every five minutes for af, but she still isn't here, she should have arrived on tues or wed. This morning i had some intense cramping and just had brown spotting...WHAT THE HELL IS THAT? Still no af. I bd once around ovulation, but used pulll and pray. Just wondering about the spotting, is that normal before AF the first month of pill?

a lot of girls have somewhat irregular periods after going off the pill. It is probably just your body trying to regulate itself.
