eta: I added a few more! Let me know which is your favorite gender neutral set!! I really really love the 1st one, but I'll have to see if the flowers are too much for DH when we see it in person!

I think this is my new fave (if I'm already obsessed over bedding now I can only imagine when it comes time to register!! Chat Icon

It's called Bananafish, Grace, link to BBB:

Adding a few more, are these a little less girly?

The colors seem neutral but the flower pattern definitely screams girl to me.

Re: is this bedding too girly?

Yes I think it's too girly. My DH would have never said yes to that for a boy

And I have to say I put my DS in a yellow onesie the other day and all I could think was wow he looks girly and I've never thought that about gender neutral things in the past

OMG I LOVE THE LAST ONE!!! All four are absolutely beautiful and if you do the room right, I think all 4 are gender neutral.

GREAT TASTE! Love them all!

i think they're all sophisticated, but still have girly feeling to them all.

even the ocean one- i think it's the damask part that says girl to me.

girly rating IMO highest to lowest:
1,2,3,4

I was obsessed with the Grayson set and posted something similar last yea. I felt it was a little feminine for a boy and masculine for a girl. It is still my favorite though. I love the one I ended up getting ( I waited since I was team green) but I think I would have been equally as happy with this set. For a girl I was going to paint the room yellow and for a boy gray.

The only set I think is too girly is the first.

Thanks for your input! So you waited until your LO was here to buy the bedding? What did you end up going with? Depending how long our construction takes on our dormer extension I may be stuck waiting to decorate the nursery until after LO is here anyway! Chat Icon I told DH I wanted to paint the nursery gray and he told me that's too morbid! LOL

They're all very nice, and even though the colors are good for either gender, the flowers do make it girly, in my opnion. I'm assuming you're team Chat Icon? You could probably get away with waiting until after your LO is born to choose bedding if you can't find any gender neutral bedding you like.

I know exactly what you mean! Before finding out the sex I bought a few gender neutral things and IL's brought a bunch of gender neutral clothing from portugal.

However, now that we know we're having a girl, those items look too masculine for my liking. It's the weirdest thing since I thought they could totally go boy or girl before.

to the OP - I like the grayson...i think the others are more feminine.

Re: is this bedding too girly? (added a few more!)

My personal op is anything with flowers, floral or damask is a bit girly. I am gonna try and go plain, stripe or polka dot. I may even have bedding stuff made through Carousel or someone local because the price is not so bad!
