Dont like to watch anyone...a monster even ...die...Its not something Im comfortable experiencing.
This is how I feel- regardless of whether it is deserved or not, it is just not something I can personally view . . .

They say he refused to wear a hood and showed no remorse.
His lack of remorse indicates that he feels justified in killing and torturing people. Keeping him alive would not have changed a thing. He was a sick and twisted man that had joined the ranks of the worst offenders of genocide of all time.

The only thing I'm opposed to is that they hanged him. Why not just give him a lethal injection? Why so dramatic. It's just silly.
I wouldn't watch it but he is justified in being killed. He killed and authorized the killing of so many innocent people for his own personal and financial gain. He was sick and pure evil.
Ok, that's me on my soap box for now.

That's how they do it in some other countries. That's how he executed many others too. I'm not sure how many other countries, besides our own, do lethal injection

Re: Is anyone else disturbed by Sadaam death being broadcasted on TV?
they just showed the noose being put around his neck...no biggie to me...I mean the terrorists did broadcasts beheadings on the internet, which I think is far worse than seeing someone being hanged.
they choose to hang him b/c saddam said it was degrading and he wanted to be shot by a firing squad.
after what he did to all those people, they chose to hang him, which I think is perfectly fitting. May he rot.
