irregular cycles
What are some of the causes of irregular cycles? I'm not used to this. It's actually as if I'm missing a cycle cause I've been like 62 day cycles where I used to be about 30 day cycles.

It's usually hormonal. I had crazy cycles for years & it was due to imbalanced hormone levels. I don't know what the cause is.

I'm 9 months PP. My cycles were regular and then I went on BCP which gave me bad anxiety and since I stopped my cycles have been off. I also have a lot of baby weight to lose. Trying to get everything on track because we are both on the same page about TTC this fall after DD turns 1

How long have you been off BC for? It can take a few cycles to get them back on track.

I think I went off in march. But I wasn't on them long. Just long enough for adverse effects emotionally.
