Irrational fear
... im scared no one will come to my baby shower!    
i already know my closest co-worker can't make it bc she'll be on vaca, and if she doesn't come I know another wont/cant (transportation issues).  I even had a dream that I had a birthday party and no one came, it's gotta be related! lol

I had that fear too. Esp when I heard that a few of my friends had already had trips planned the weekend of my shower. I got over the fear by realizing that small showers are really nice too. They are very personal and you really get a chance to interact with everyone. My worry that no one was going to come to mine was unwarranted though, my shower is this Sun. and last I heard there are about 40 people coming. However many people are there your shower will be special!
