Introducing a cup
What age did you transition to a real cup. Not a sippy or a cup with a straw.

Introducing a cup
I started introducing a sippy cup around four months. I used the Advent cup.

Re: Introducing a cup
DS is just about 16 months & he just in the past few weeks started finishing drinks out of a sippy cup. He looooved his bottles for so long. I just put them all away & he hasn't seen one since, I just give him the sippy cup now, there was no real transition. He figured it out right away. I tried it when he was younger, about 7 or 8 months, & he wouldn't even touch the sippy cup. Next I'm going to work on getting him to use a straw consistently, he did it a few times only.

Introducing a cup
I started them with straw cups at 6 months. For an open cup I stared about 18 months with barely a sip of water in a tiny bathroom cup
We never did sippy cups. Only straw
