internals
I was reading past postings from some of you on the internals. I had mine and today I feel like I am gonna die. my insides feel like they are burning. Is this gonna happen at every visit...I am 34 weeks and they said the cervix is thinning...not sure what that exactly means either.

Yeah - Your going to get internals at every visit so that the dr can see how your progessing.
I know for myself - Internals KILLED! DD's head was engaged at around 34 weeks - there was so much pressure down there from it, that having the internal felt like I was going to die.
eta: Your cervix thining is a good sign that things are progessing... It could still be weeks though, before your baby is here.

they weren't that bad for me. i felt a little crampy and uncomfortable, but the feeling didn't last long. maybe next time it will be better.

For me, it is uncomfortable for about 10 seconds and then I have no issues.
