I can't believe I am asking this but I am pregnant with my third baby. My infant seat that was purchased in 2008 (Graco) expires this month. To be honest, I was surprised we still had it. This kid is due in May. What are the top car seats these days, best safety ratings, but nothing too heavy. I will be having a section and have 2 other kids to chase after. My stroller that have to dust off is a graco. The seat and stroller were part of a system. I still have some baby things from the past, but got rid of a lot of stuff.
Are the born free bottles still very good? I had the best luck with those with my other 2 kids.
Can't wrap my head around what else we will need. My DH was in a bad car accident last month and is at least temporarily disabled, my sister is throwing me a small shower, but I don't want to overdo it and seem tacky. I am taking whatever dobations friends want to offer who are done. This is my last baby, tubes to be tied, so I don't want
to make a major investment in swings and such so I may even look to places like Once Upon a Child to complete whatever we need. Any thoughts on that too, I'm all ears.

Once upon a child is a good place to get gently used stuff and also the Facebook buy and sell groups. My daughter just outgrew her infant car seat if you are interested in purchasing from me. It was bought this past January.

Where sre you located? I had baby 6 mnths ago & maybe able to help. I did judge what you mentioned.my 3 rd is my last & got hand me downs ftom friends family & moms from Facebook sites. There is SO much you will always find someone that wants to get rid of.

Look on huntington moms on a budget on fb. Even if its a drive you can buy EVERYTHING on there for cheap and everything I've always bought has been in great condition.

First, how old are your other children? What seats if any are they in? What car (s) do you have?
Once this is all known I can tell you what seat or seats will work for you.
