Already was told by tech and doctor at the ultrascreen a few weeks ago the sex. But will confirm for sure on Friday.
I want to know because I am horrible with secrets and we (and our family!) want to be able to plan more.
I also really don't want a lot of green and yellow.

I am going to try REALLY REALLY hard not to find out...every time I feel that curiosity I just remind myself of what a great moment it will be at the moment to hear "It's a ....." and be totally surprised! This is just a personal preference, of course!!

We're totally finding out, my DH was beligerent at the Ultrascreen and didn't want to leave until someone guessed for him....we are not patient ppl and I'm a totally anal planner..so suffice it to say we're finding out a week from tomorrow and it can't come soon enough!!!!!!!!!

This makes alot of sense. We definitely dont want to find out this time cause its our first go-round...if we're lucky enough to have another, we might not be so adamant about a surprise!!

I've done it both ways...with #1 we didn't find out and with #2 we did. I like not knowing better, so IF (big if) we hada 3rd I would not find out.

I guess...like someone else said...it still is a great surprise when you find out at that early sono appointment...many people cry and have a great moment then...and then you get to call everyone and tell them...that’s exciting...and besides i do NOT want all greens and yellows and neutrals... and i HATE returning things!!!

dh would not mind a surprise, but not me. i like to know! so we asked at the ultrascreen and was confirmed at the level 2. to me it doesn't spoil anything, because i have no idea what she is going to look like annd i can have everything ready for her.

I don't plan to have a shower, so it's not so much about not getting green or yellow for me.
But I still need to know. I just can't imagine not knowing all that time. I want to be mentally prepared as much as possible, and knowing the sex will help me.
