In-home daycare options?
So I finally got DH to agree that it may be best for us to go with a full time day care professional in our own home. Wouldn't want them to live with us, but need some flexibility to accommodate my schedule.
Any suggestions as to where I can look for prospective nannies? We're in the Huntington area, if that matters.
TIA!

Re: In-home daycare options?
Would you need M-F, with a traditional work week? If not, I'd post something at a daycare center on a university to see if a college student would be interested. My PT sitter worked at my daycare facility (Stony Brook) but then she left her position to return to school in the city when I left my FT position to stay home with the boys (and work PT). She's only available to sit Wed-Fri but it works for us.
