Jess I know how you feel.
First: call the credit card company, ask if there is a grace period which may be able to put your bill out for another week or 2 (some grace periods are 7-15 days!)
Try to find your dog food at the cheapest place possible...
The vet should also allow you to make payments.
I know it's tough...but sit back and re-do your budget and see where you are losing money regularly and try to cut that out (ie: going out to bars, movies, eating dinner out).
