I'm so sad... I went back to work today
after being on leave for 14 weeks. I hope it gets easier because I don't know if I can do this.

I agree completely! It is still like that for me 2 years later! Some days I want to scream, but others I know that it's the best thing right now for my family!

It will take a while, but it will get better. As another poster said, you'll just fall into a routine.
I feel like I never missed a day after being gone a year from my job.

I went back to work today, too. It was very hard leaving him, but DH was home with him so it made it a little easier. I missed him sooooooooo much!
