I'm so hungry!!!
This is day 2 on the WW plan & I am so hungry & feel so light headed....I know that with being on WW, I have learned I use to eat carbs like there was no tomorrow. I have been snacking on carrots & pineapple all day but I just can't shake the hunger...Anyone have ideas?

a can of healthy harvest light soup with tons of water so u peee like a racehorse. it always fillls me up
if u feel like snacking, pop some popcorn. air pop, no salt or butter of course

I've been going to the peanut butter + apples or celery and it's helping a lot! Filling and kills the sweet tooth + hunger at the same time.
Trust me - I'm on day 3 and feel the same way, and then drink a bottle of water, and I'm good to go!
YOU CAN DO IT!
ETS: It's our body getting used to portion control and "balance" - it will go away soon!

Add some protein in with your fruits and veggies. For example have a cheese stick or some yogurt.
