Im so sorry
Its so frustrating thinking you did everything right and then get AF. I always get really sad and disappointed with the whole TTC process. It doesnt help that everyone at work likes to ask me if I am preggo almost everyday. 
Take a couple of days for yourself and try to keep busy doing something else. Everytime I get AF, I get so disappointed and dont even want to try anymore. You're not alone

I just wanted to thank everyone for all their kind words, hugs and support.
You all are a wonderful support group and you really helped me get through an emotionally exhausting few days!
