OMG congratulations...twins!   what wonderful news! 
Have you thought about changing the prenatal vitamins you are taking, perhaps those are making you sick. I can't take any prenatals, they make me so sick. I only take 2 flintstones vitamins daily instead, my doc said that it was ok.

Second- Zofran is a marvelous little pill that dissolves in your mouth to help with the nausea, it has been my life saver. It is very pricey- but it has worked wonders for me.

ana..it is suppose to dissolve in your mouth? I take mine with a drink, maybe thats why it hasnt been working for me
Mine are called Zofran ODT- Orally Disintergrating Tablets. I love that you dont have to swallow them.

have you tried ginger? like real ginger ale from a health food store or ginger snaps?
Zofran is used a lot for severe m/s. i have dispensed it to tons of pregnant women. originally it was for chemo nausea.

I've followed your story too and I am so incredibly happy for you. I hope you start to feel better soon - see what your Dr. suggests and ask them about the nausea meds, I believe some are designed for pregnancy. I hope they are able to help you w/the m/s...what great news this is

Diane--I too, have followed your story and cannot say how happy I am for you. Twins are the best (I am a twin!).
I am sorry for the morning sickness--I had it real bad and I hate to tell you this but nothing really helps. Take it easy and the time will pass.

I know what you are going through as I was sick as a dog w/ morning sickness with my twins. I was on Zofran it's a anti-nausea pill that they give to cancer patients. That was my life saver & the reason I was able to eat. I can honestly say that I only ate melon & salads for 3 months. I know it doesn't sound like much but, when you can't eat anything was like a feast. It does get better. Though I remember crying to my husband how I can't go do it anymore. I was just so tired of getting sick & feeling nauseas. There is a light at the end of that tunnel. I wish you all the best!!!!

Hi and congrats on your pregnancy. I am sorry to hear you are so sick. They say that symptoms can be alot worse with twins.
Call your OB - They might be able to prescribe something to you. Just be careful and try to keep some liquids in you.
