I'm back....
Hi ladies,
Well dh and I went for our first sonogram yesterday and were hit with horrible news...no fhr. I am so devastated...all I did yesterday was cry. I am scheduled for a d&c this afternoon. My ob/gyn said that we could start ttc again in a month and not to worry but I just can't seem to cope with this situation. I wasn't even able to talk to anyone yesterday and I don't feel like talking to anyone today either. I just can't stand people saying "sorry"and I feel so negative. I feel so robbed and unsure and I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy. I hope this gets better but I am worried that if and when I do get pregnant again I am going to be a nervous wreck and not be able to get excited until that first sonogram at 8 weeks.
I am sorry to be so depressing but I just had to vent and get my feelings out and I know you ladies will listen without me having to actuallly "talk".

I know you don't want to hear "sorry" but I am so sorry this has happened to you. This happened to both my sisters so I know how disappointing and painful this can be. I hope for the best for you

Unfortunately, we are in the same boat. It's horrifying to think you are going to meet your little peanut and learn this news. But I find some comfort in knowing I'm not the first woman this happened to, and that those other women have gone on to have healthy babies. It will happen for us again!

It is very tough, but you will get through it. My m/c was horrible and I felt so cheated. And to hear the doctors keep saying it happens to 1 in 5 pregnancies, yeah, thanks doc, how does that make me feel better?
Take all the time you need. One positive note is that the female body is more fertile for the first three months after being pregnant. So I'm sure you'll be pregnant again soon. I wish you the best.

i don't know what to say to comfort you (and i won't say sorry because you said you hate it) i wish i could make it better. its ok to be upset and grieve. Take one day at a time and pray for the best. we're here for you
